Homemade Carbonara FAILED.
Homemade Carbonara Spaghetti. FAILED! This post is bout my mr.hzy wanted to try on cooking Carbonara Spaghetti, and so this was his first try at my home. We cooked for four persons lunch. The result was...... you can see it below :P  First of all, we have to prepare the ingredients. Spaghetti, Eggs, Bacon, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Parmesan Cheese * like yes like that *  Talk bout this mushroom soup first. I cooked this mushroom soup ; of course is buy soup can to cook. I firstly poured out those mushroom stuff on the cooking pot, then I never heard properly what my maid told me bout how much water should I put. I heard she said have to put two cans of water, it suppose to put a can only. damn it! I put two cans and is too much of water! Then we just added on another can of mushroom stuff in. * We only FOUR PERSONS taking lunch at home, and how could we finish this big bowl of mushroom soap? FAILED #1  Bout the Spaghetti now! Didn't capture down photo step by step, I just explain how we cook k :) Put the spaghetti into the boiling water, wait it become soft. While waiting for the spaghetti, mix an egg with black pepper, salt and parmesan cheese (this is the sauce). Then cook the bacon first! After the spaghetti is ready, pour a little of olive oil into cooking pan and then cook the garlic first. Add on the spaghetti, have to put HOT WATER too. Then only put in the sauce to cook, add more hot water again. After that only we put in the bacon. It sound so easy! Let see the result,  this's the Carbonara Spaghetti with Oreo Milkshake! * yes, is oreo again :P * look nice before we eat, when we eat... oh my f*cking god... damn f*cking salty. We put too much of salt. FAILED #2 p/s: We cook plate by plate. Luckily, before that we already cook once for my small bro. That one still taste good. Somehow, it doesn't taste like those Carbonara that we eat from restaurants :(  a BIG BIG FAILED for this time cooking :[ We actually referred to this youtube video: Sorry, I can't post the video here.
